The core challenge was to eliminate fragmented supplier communication and create a single source of truth for compliance-related requests. By introducing a structured query workflow, the experience enables QA teams to manage supplier interactions, track responses, and identify compliance risks before they impact operations.
I approached the problem as a workflow design challenge rather than a messaging problem. The experience was built around three critical actions—monitoring supplier status, raising structured requests, and tracking progress through resolution—allowing QA teams to stay informed without relying on scattered emails or manual follow-ups.
Designed as an operational overview for QA managers, the dashboard surfaces supplier health, active queries, overdue requests, and resolution performance in a single view. Status indicators and risk levels help teams prioritize action quickly without inspecting individual supplier records.
